Seneca athlete Ella Graham interviewed with Prep Sports recently to talk about who she is.
PREP SPORTS: What are your personal goals for the year?
My personal goals for this year are to finish stronger than before. Compete harder in sports and academically.
PREP SPORTS: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
I’d say the most fun I’ve had in a year was winning conference champs and doing something really big by being the first volleyball team in Seneca to make history.
PREP SPORTS: What is your favorite athletic memory?
My favorite athletic memory is a tough question but if we’re talking volleyball then I’d say when we drove through town after winning conference champs and getting a police escort into town and having all the parents and towns people come out and show us how proud they were of us.
PREP SPORTS: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
The player that’s left the biggest impression on me is a hard question because I have two teammates who’ve really helped be who I am on the court. Parker Long is was one of the best teammates I’ve ever had, she always encouraged me and kept me uplifted even when I messed up. She always had my back no matter what.
PREP SPORTS: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
To be so honest I would probably use that money to pay for car insurance or car payment.
