The Seneca Girls’ wrestling team began the 2022-23 season having qualified three of their wrestlers for the Missouri State Championship in the prior season – two of whom became wrestlers to watch. Ella Graham and Isabella Renfro came into the season ready to reclaim their top spots.

When it came to the 2023 State Championships Seneca again sent three of their wrestlers to the tournament – Ella Graham (115lbs), Liberty Cornell (155lbs), and Isabella Renfro (190lbs). Graham and Cornell each placed fifth in their weight classes and Renfro took home a state title.
