Braxton Raulston of Seneca High School was excited to get this season going, and is happy with how it’s going so far.
“The season is going great,” Raulston said. “We are currently 14-9-1. I really enjoy playing with these girls, we have a great chemistry and get along so well. We’re a very strong team and we love to keep things upbeat.”
All while getting to lead the team, Raulston also likes to have a little fun off the court.
“My favorite high school memory so far would definitely have to be dancing with Parker during warm-up and making pre-game hype tiktoks with my team in the locker room,” Raulston said.
Raulston prepared for the season by working in the gym and in the weight room.
“I prepared for this season by working hard this summer and attending summer weights, summer volleyball camps and practices,” Raulston said. “We had a lot of team bonding activities that I feel played a big role in our season, it allowed us to get close and comfortable together and build amazing bonds with our teammates.”
After high school Raulston plans to attend college to become a registered nurse or nurse practitioner.
